Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller under the GDPR is Dipl.-Ing. Christian Leyerer, BSc, Zaglausiedlung 33, 5600 St. Johann im Pongau, Austria. Contact: info@consultify.at, +43 650 533 00 58.
2. Data processed
Depending on how you use the website and contact us, we may process IP address, access time and technical connection information, browser and device information, requested resources, technical error information, and any contact details or message content you provide voluntarily by email, phone or project enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Technically necessary connection and security data is processed to provide a secure and functional website, prevent abuse and analyse technical errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data from enquiries is processed to respond to your request, take pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processing required by law is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Hosting and technical delivery
This website is hosted on World4You webspace. Technical connection data is processed as required to deliver the website. Depending on the server configuration, server logs may also be processed to maintain operation, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
The types and scope of technical data are described in section 2, and the purposes and legal bases in section 3. Where external hosting providers are used, they may have access to the data required for technical delivery.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not embed analytics or marketing services. Consultify and CHRIS.FPV images, videos and project previews are served locally. Project websites and Calendly are opened only through external links; no external website previews or Calendly widgets are embedded.
Our website does not store cookie consent preferences in local browser storage. Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies used by the hosting provider may be used where required for operation, security and delivery. If we add services requiring consent in future, we will obtain the necessary permission before activating them.
6. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us, we process the information provided solely to handle your enquiry, prepare a potential contract and, where applicable, perform that contract. Data is shared only where required for handling the matter, required by law or instructed by you.
Booking appointments through Calendly
Consultify and CHRIS.FPV link to a Calendly scheduling page. We do not embed a Calendly widget on this website. Calendly loads only when you click the booking link and leave our website. Calendly may process your name, email address, appointment details, optional information and technical connection data. We use booking details made available to us to organise and conduct the call and handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Calendly may also process data outside the EU or EEA. Details about recipients, international transfers, retention and cookie settings are available in Calendly’s privacy notice.
7. External links and social media
The website contains external links, including the Instagram profile @chris.fpv_. These are standard links and do not embed third-party content when our website loads. Once you choose to open such a link, the destination provider's privacy terms apply.
8. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be shared with technical service providers where necessary for hosting, IT operations, email communication, backups or project delivery. Where a provider acts as a processor, an Art. 28 GDPR processing agreement is used where legally required.
9. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention periods and limitation periods for legal claims may require longer storage.
10. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.
To exercise your rights, contact info@consultify.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. Please coordinate with us before sending particularly sensitive data so that an appropriate secure channel can be used.
12. Changes
This privacy policy will be updated when services, processing activities or legal requirements change.
